At what time can I arrive to La Folie Douce Hotels Chamonix?

Your room is available from 4pm on the day of your arrival.

At what time do I have to check out from my room?

We ask you to vacate your room by 11am on the day of your departure. Would you like to enjoy your room for longer? We can offer you a late check-out (€60, until 3pm, subject to availability). Please ask our reception team for availability.

How much is the tourist tax?

Tourist tax is extra and must be paid on site. It corresponds to 5% of the room rate per night and per person, up to a maximum of €4.60 per adult per night.

Can I use the Spa & pool after check-out?

The swimming pool and Spa & fitness area remain accessible even after your check-out.

Does the hotel have parking?

Yes, the hotel has a parking lot with a covered area. Advance booking by email or telephone is highly recommended as the number of spaces is limited. The rate is €21/day for pre-booking, €25/day on site.

Is the parking lot equipped with electric terminals?

La Folie Douce Hotels Chamonix parking lot is equipped with electric charging stations.

Can we leave our luggage in baggage storage for several days?

If you have two bookings with us, we can store your luggage between the two bookings free of charge. Otherwise, the rate is €50/room.

What are the opening hours for the trampolines?

Wednesday to Sunday, from 1 to 8 p.m. Mondays and Tuesdays from 1 to 8 p.m. on request, and every morning from 10 to 11 a.m., also on request!

What are the opening hours for Feel Good Club Sport & Spa?

The outdoor pool is open from 10am to 8pm, and the Spa is also open from 10am to 8pm. The fitness room is open from 7am to 8pm.

Does the hotel have an indoor swimming pool?

La Folie Douce Hotels Chamonix has just one outdoor swimming pool, open all year round and heated to 26°.

Are pets allowed at La Folie Douce Hotels Chamonix?

Pets are not allowed inside the hotel, but your four-legged friend is welcome on the outdoor terrace!

Do I need to reserve a table to enjoy the terrace?

Reservations are not mandatory, but are recommended to ensure you a table on the terrace.

Is there a mini bar/fridge in the room?

Only our Suites are equipped with a mini bar. A refrigerator is available for luggage storage, please ask at reception.

Are the rooms air-conditioned?

Rooms at La Folie Douce Hotels Chamonix are not equipped with air conditioning or fans, so we enjoy the fresh mountain air!

Catering

What are the breakfast service times?

Breakfast is served at the La Petite Cuisine restaurant from 7am to 10am on weekdays and from 6:30am to 10:30am at weekends.

Do I need to reserve a table to enjoy the terrace?

Reservations are not mandatory, but are recommended to ensure you a table on the terrace.
